So what's the verdict here.. can I use Sweet n Low in my morning coffee or not? I've just been complacent, I should just buy a stevia.

Sweet'N Low is one of the least bad, it's nowhere near as bad as Aspartame.

You'd be much better off going for something that's natural and good for you such as Manuka Honey or Stevia, but most importantly avoid the ones that are far worse than Sweet'N Low such as Aspartame, Fructose (e.g. Agave) and Sucralose (Splenda)
