yup I get one wire for all my ccbill stuff and it's always on time... but after I read this i realized today is a holiday and no wire till tomorrow.. The scary part is this is the first time I can ever remember that ccbill didn't make a announcement in the web admin that checks and wires will be delayed a day due to the holiday..

Same thing here, I noticed that. Even asked customer support about why there was no announcement on the Admin. Um...um....can you call back later and ask someone else? that was the response. LOL

Ah well....where's my check? :)

i received my ccbill check today

fuck ccbill EXCUSES the holiday would not have effected last weeks checks.

if ccbill is having problems. that is scary due the number of paysites that process with them.

LOL wow the checks are a couple days late once a year maybe and people question why we use them? Wires and fedex have all arrived, It is only the USPS checks that are late so I think it is safe to say the post office let them sit some place or whatever for a couple days. It is not like no payments have went out. Just funny how some react. I have not gotten last weeks check yet either. Big deal it will show up.

Ditto. I don't mind a check here and there being a week late but let's hope this doesn't turn into a typical occurrence. A one day holiday should not mean a one week delay. It should normally mean a one business day delay or at most two business days due to extra volume on the next day. That said it's very rare for CCBill to be a week late.

Not to pile on but, if they mailed out the checks on Monday October 1st - or even on Tuesday October 2nd (a day late) - they would have arrived by Friday or Saturday of last week.

The fact that yesterday was a postal holiday is irrelevant to LAST week's check!

So what's going to happen THIS week, when Monday was an ACTUAL postal holiday?

I'm guessing we are all in store for ANOTHER late check, no?

And when it is known that a Monday is a holiday, then why don't the checks just go out on Saturday instead?

They supposedly pre-sort their own mail, and hand deliver it to the post office. At least that was their excuse last year, when something similar occurred. That's why it was regional (last time), but this time it just looks like they decided to mail out the checks late in general.

Where is CCBill's response on this board? Have they weighed in on this?

Because I seriously doubt they got it into the postal system on time, like their last check to me.

Switch to FedEx... I got last weeks check on Tuesday, and I got this weeks check on Tuesday.

Yeah, it always seems to be the Northeast that waits the longest when this happens. I was really expecting the checks today but alas...no.

I used to use fedex but stopped when I realized I was spending over $400 a year to get checks two days early. It's times like this that make me reconsider that decision.
