yes you don't have custom exclusive photos or videos. If you do, you don't have enough

i haven't been inside CE in years, but as far as big programs go it and Maxcash had by far the biggest and best members areas.

Trunked.com is getting released with all new kick ass trailers with some modifications done to the video consoles.. Webmasters will do really well with it.

not sure what you are/can-be missing, since haven't seen what you have, first things that come to mind, do you track and log user activity inside members? - cuz you could be missing providing personalzation, custom settings for your members (good example: amazon), do you have customer support, and on the scale of 0 to 10, 10 being the best, how do you rate it personally? do you atract opposite sex? - make opposite sides communicate with each other? how much do you know about your customers?
i won't even go here about 1on1 paid sessions that exist anywhere

Just an opinion but maybe a new processor for your CC's as I am cancelled to death over there. The $55 per keeps it viable but it would rock if the sales stuck. People love your stuff and they sign up so the content must be there.
