I heard is possible to transfer from Paypal to Payoneer.
Does someone have any idea how ?
Is that possible for personal accounts ?

It will take about 48 Hours for an answer, therefore I thought I ask here first.

Then you have to wait. As I've said before, it's not something everyone can do automatically. You have to be approved & pay for the service.

I used Payoneer on ebay (with paypal)

You can contact Payoneer and get a virtual bank account setup with them.
That account is then connected to your card.

You add that bank account to your Paypal account and then select to withdraw from Paypal and into your Payoneer account. The money will then show up there and you can spend it via your Payoneer card.

It's for personal accounts. Payoneer charge 1% of the transaction sum for the service.

The annual fee of $20 was canceled in June, actually. :-)

The huge delay in support is because we keep getting more and more emails. We also keep hiring more and more staff, but every now and then we fall behind.

As for contacting by ICQ and personal email, all of you have mine and Nissim's contact info, just it was a holiday for us for the past 24 hours so we weren't online. But we're here now.

Okay before I will email you, how much time will the paypal funds appear on payoneer account? 2 hours?

Because if it takes 2 days then I just use my bank attached to paypal.

It's a bank transfer, so however fast it takes to arrive as a transfer. Most receive within 24 hours, though it can definitely take a couple days. We don't delay the payment in any way, one it arrives it's automatically loaded (it's not like a private load that we review manually).

If theres no money on the paypal account at the time we make the snapshot would that affect in any way the decision ?

If you mean in being accepted for the US Payment Service then yes, it can go faster. Anyway I can help you get your application reviewed quickly.

If you mean the transfer itself, we have no control over how long it takes for the money to arrive - we don't stop it on the way, it's loaded to your card when it arrives.
