If you did not give permission for it to be on that site then its stolen.
Unless its an ad that an affiliate might have used.

right.. what IF an affiliate affiliated to that company did that..then it would still be stealing?
So lets say i have a video from bigtitsatwork then im linking to my affiliate page bigtitsatwork.com.. then it should be ok? |

3 min is usually fine as long as it doesn't show the cs, at least those are our terms at thickcash
