      Unless its an ad that an affiliate might have used.

          right.. what IF an affiliate affiliated to that company did that..then it would still be stealing?

          So lets say i have a video from bigtitsatwork then im linking to my affiliate page bigtitsatwork.com.. then it should be ok?

                  Is the video part of the sponsors promo content?
                  Have you asked the sponsor about using the video?
