It also depends what you're running on your wp site. Some plugins don't play nice on a shared server. Especially some importers. Try different ones but check your server load as each one is running. If you can keep your back-end resources down, your traffic should be fine.

You should be fine with your own blog until it gets into the double digit hits, then you might want to look at upgrading to a ZX Spectrum.
