When I was in the fire dept I loved when we trained rappelling that was so fucking fun.. the highest I ever did was 350 ft did half upside down tyeing off etc..

Used to go spelunking / rock climbing almost every weekend, both great sports, one with less bats and mud than the other.

Underground lakes are great (and extremely cold, especially when you have to dip in chest deep, in full gear to get through a passage)

That is a tight spot!
There was a rock tunnel at the James River in Virginia near Hollywood cemetery that we would swim thru, underwater with current pushing in the pitch black is insane!!! Oh, and you had to know what hole would get you topside. I think I acquired claustrophobia a few runs in. Nice pics of the stalagmite thing.
