So you say for $1,000 or less It's possible to use this "system" to start towards doing 2k/mo ROI in how many months?

I know, I can talk about when each store was making 1000 (well my top ten stores), now I have had to learn a lot more and how shit works, I wish I knew now what I did back then because those stores would have been making 6000 each. Hell that was not even how I considered making money back then, it was a bonus lol

I hear that. I'm making a FRACTION of what I was during 1996 ... even during 2003-2007. I don't even make 6 figures at this point if you take away what I make from programming. It's a very new world. I've been "locked up" for so many years with an exclusive client, now I feel like I need to re-learn everything all over again.

Whatever I learn about the new SexKey, I'll be making tutorials, etc, for GFY's benefit. I love that fucking company. They've made me very happy over the years.

LOL @ the 2005 checks I saw before ignoring him...

BTW, everyone is telling me in ICQ how childish you are, trying to prove anything with:

"ehhh I posted my checks, now post yours and see who has the biggest EGO, huh".

Seriously, makes you look like a complete idiot. Keep doing that, and a lot of people will trust to hire your non-talented coding scripts.

Just sayin...

No one is ICQ'ing you, no one is saying that, and no one is believing you've ever made checks of any signficance. The sooner you see that, the sooner you can begin to LEARN, which is what you need to do.

I don't know what you are posting, maybe someone can quote you...

But anyway, last message for you here... I posted today in another thread telling you that I respected what you did with that guy of blogger.. Immediately after you started attacking me... WTF?... really no-sense... If you confused me with another person, just say it (quoted to see) and then we can start over again, dude.

Otherwise, stay there in ignore.

Ciao.

That's a lie and we both know it. You put me on ignore, took a screenshot, and took me off. It's how guys like you operate. Who really uses ignore anyway? People whose fragile egos can't handle the things people say about them.

I didn't attack you, I complimented you back. As you always do, you took it as an insult. It's your pattern; ask anyone who has seen you post. You loathe yourself so much that you assume anyone talking about you is saying something negative. It's the exact opposite of Paul Markham, who loves himself so much, he assumes anything someone says is something positive or validating about him.

You speak as if you somehow have value to anyone here, and that your responses are somehow necessary. It's odd. Why would anyone care if they were on your ignore list, or do anything to get off of it? You need me, not the other way around.

The point was the Thread title. Mathematics 4 Getting intoe Porn I read this as getting INTO porn. This information for a newbie is WRONG. Shooting porn from the very lowest level is 90% today about finding and managing models. Digital has made it easy.

I could do it with Eva helping. In fact we could earn far more.

Do a casting in Prague and ask girls to turn up with IDs for a casting from non nude to full nude. With payment on the day for those who work.

10-15 over 8 hours will turn up.

Churn out Ex Gf content to the level of what the girls will do and suitable for. Get those with Bf's to come on the next casting. Also the real cute ones shoot a proper set or get them to return for the next casting.

Castings are over two days.

Now market and sell. In a wider market then BF explains.

Hard to stick an exact figure on every casting, still 10-15 girls @ $200+ a set/video = $1,000 - $3,000 + a few GG, @ $600 + a few BG @ $700 from the previous casting, plus a couple of decent set/videos at $1,000 each.

Girls on the first casting get $50 max most $25 it takes 30 minutes max a girl, BG and returns get more depending.

Some newbie doing it? No fucking way. Girl management is the problem, this has to run like a smooth oiled machine.

Go figure why we don't. And it's not because it can't be done.

These are where BF is way out for any newbie.

Quote:
You try and sell each scene (7) a minimum of 50 times in 30 days ($3500.00).
- Split revenue with Clips4Sale ($2100.00/profit month one).
- Open up pay site. You can do this any number of ways to control your expense.
- Get 100 members @ $19.95 - $24.95/month memberships ($1995.00 - 2495.00/month).
There are experienced guys here who dream of doing this.

Yup - Good post

Combine the hard mathematics and info above, along with the post in my sig, and people CAN make money...

I agree that it doesn't need to be hardcore - Infact, it NOT being HC, is a def advantage...

While all of that could be needed eventually, you do not need it right out of the gate, and you can make money just fine without it. The same can be said for software. I prefer using the higher end software myself, but you do not need that right out of the gate, and there are plenty of low end solutions. The same can be said for cameras. People can get them off eBay, pawn shops, or alike if they wanted to go that route.

Again, I am not saying that if you want to do high end production, your numbers are wrong. What I am talking about here is a start up, which would be done on a minimal budget, and CAN be done.

I did not say naked. There are plenty of fetishes that do not require naked women.

Are these people updating throughout the day, and 4-5 days a week? Are they sending out newsletter emails after every update? Or are they just relying on the psychic powers of their previous customers to know when they do updates? Are their URL or domains on the videos?

Those are just some things that come to mind. I know myself, I have bought clips from a store I found and liked and could not find them later. Why? Because they do not do the things above. The same can be said on some of the niche free sites. I find clips I like all the time, and would be willing to pay for it. But you can't find the source.

I know even now today, there are places I buy from all the time, and have for years, that rarely tell me they have updated. I have to go to the site and check it when I think about it. Maybe once every couple of months they send out an email.

My point is, if you think that I am just going to REMEMBER to check your site weekly for updates, you're insane. Those who effectively market, update, and are consistent still make money. Most of those crying they do not make money are not consistent.

Shooting dressed fetish is not porn. its a different beast really. Also its not something anyone can just shoot if you are not into it.It aint going to work. I could shoot something that in concept is exactly what you shoot but since I dont know the fetish or into that fetish. It would sell like crap. Cant just buy some rope and now Im a bondage guy.
Also you can work as hard as you want if you create a product no one wants then its not going to sell. We see sites come and go all the time. Can people still make money of course they can, examples show up all the time. But you are presenting it as if you work hard, spend almost nothing on talent you will make money. Its not that much of a gimme anymore.

On a side note for those who dont know myself or Barefootisie I have a great respect for Bare few work harder than him. The best show I ever went to was the weak atl show it became great only because he , Jim Gunn and myself basically had a mini show with in a show and spoke about traffic and production for two days.

Those who jump on a cam, answer their members, send them personalized pictures, update often, and market themselves still will make good money regardless of the economy.

If you're just throwing up a single full length clip once a week, and think that C4S traffic is going to drive you $2k/month, then you're fooling yourself. As I said before, anything worth having requires work. If you do not treat this like your full time career/job you can expect to make part timer money.

yeah but they were making 10k to 20k at one time. lol I know people that work very very hard and their money cut in half.

The life of a webmaster is a boring gig. Same thing day in and day out. Some can do it, some can't.

If you have doubts, contact an amateur MM model and ask them for nude rates for web work. You'll find my rates are correct, and BF's math is sound on the cost side.

That being said, even if he's being generous on the income side, it's still a profitable model ... especially replicated.
Ive shot amateur over 300 girls easy for over 12 yrs. Maybe $50 a hour for some art pics not for porn or video unless she is a crack addict or she is lied to that you are going to make her a big star or this is just for your private collection then its used in a site.

Nah. I am saying that you can do some research, see what's selling, and can start shooting and making money (or you can skip that step, and just license some content). Clip4sale tells you what is selling on the front page. Not all of it nude. You can view their stores and see what they're doing, this is not complicated in that regard. It does take a few brain cells, and many of the top stores are fully clothed, or only partial nudity.

My point is, there is a market for it. People are buying. You just have to put in the time. You can teach people the SKILL, but you can't give them the WILL to work.

More competition. Nature of the beast. But I am sure even cut in half, they are making a comfortable living if they are putting in the man hours daily/weekly. The internet and how people use it has changed over the past half decade. You have to keep up with the times and marketing.

I've been doing it for almost ten years now, and it works just fine. I speak from experience. I live in a college town, and there are plenty of women who need money. I'll post up an ad, and get 75-100 people applying a week (depending if school's in session). They are working a few hours, and you shoot as many scenes as you can in that time.

I am in the process of selling one of my hosting companies for some very nice cabbage. I should have some free time soon, and come down to visit you and Mandy. I will take a much needed vacation once the sale is completed, and then will have to swing by for a visit.

Actually, I will need to get it again. When I switched over to my new DROID it lost all of my old numbers. I'll have to get your number and put into my GMAIL contacts so it syncs up, then that shit doesn't happen again.

The life of a webmaster is a boring gig. Same thing day in and day out. Some can do it, some can't.

The days of making money by just hard work are long gone. It takes skills and talent + plus hard work these days.

If that were true, you'd be a millionaire.

You ignored the hard work bit. I NEVER worked hard.

I'm just comfortable, going to watch TV.

You're right dude, I rarely shoot hardcore, so my brain doesn't automatically go there. I'm always talking about nude fetish when I'm talking about model rates.

That's exactly what I'm doing right now. Yes, the top clips4sale stores are making around $15,000-$20,000 per month. It takes around $4,500 per month to crack top 50.

What you should be focused on is to make around $1,000 per month from clips4sale then $2,000-$3,000 per month on membership sites
youre a funny guy

I shot a BJ site paying girls from craigslist $200 apiece, a friend volunteered to be the stunt cock, and I borrowed another friends camera. Got a cheap hotel room, shot for 2 weeks, had the site up and billing in another week... No CMS, design I did myself. Made my money back on the 15 scenes within a couple of months, just from my own traffic, review sites, and two affiliates. We're talking like a sale a day here. Never updated the site again, (I have plenty of feeds and members get access to all my sites with one membership). In the time since the site has made it's profit many many times over with a trickle of signups and rebills (without updates remember). I never bothered uploading this stuff to C4S.

Can't live off this site, but it's a piece of a very large puzzle. Really not bad money for 2 hours of work a day for 14 days a couple of years ago.

You're missing the point: you had to be in the same room with your friend's naked dick.

eiffel tower 5235 up, 1117 down
A threesome with two guys and a girl, where one guy is hitting it from behind, and the other guy is getting a blow job. The guys are high-fiving over the girl to make the eiffel tower shape.

Two guys get a girl for a threesome and they start high fiving each other. Then when they get past 15, they realise it's time to leave stupidity behind.

Online porn gives it a fucking name.

Starting a paysite with just 10 scenes of 3 girls?? Not sure if that is a good idea..
