Once everything is finished I'll put it on sale again, but with initially higher profits.

Read the thread next time before you put down someone's work. The "database" as you call it makes $10,000/month. Is $200K high? Probably but it makes a lot more than your VenusBlogger site does I'm sure.

Its not the database, its a site. When someone is selling, for instance, blog you do not say that he is just selling database of text posts
