Selling one of my network of sites, 99% blogs, around 180-200 in total. Don't have the time to put into them. Last 6 months revenue is $20k, which is the asking price. Most all sites use redirects to sponsors redirects which means no swapping out each of the links in each post, so a huge timesaver right there getting the links pointed to your own sponsor code.

Are there rebills? If so does the sale include the account(s) with the rebills?

Does that include the hosting accounts and servers? If it does not, transferring all the domains to new hosts and new IPs could affect the rankings.

The sites can stay on the (cyberwurx) hosting/IPs if the new owner wants to take that over, yes.

wehateporn - these are affiliate blogs, not sponsor accounts/paysites

Affiliates also have rebills if the linking codes used are on revshare. Have you only used PPS?

But it would be practically impossible to transfer those to another affiliate account (assuming he's promoting those programs also by other means than the traffic network he's selling here).

The reason I ask about the rebills, is let's say your sites had been running for 3 years and had collected say $1500 per month of rebills, then that would play a significant part in the $20K over 6 months i.e. 6 * 1500 = $9K.

Ah ok gotcha, but industry average is 3 months (probably not even that nowadays) so whichever way you slice it, it has no great impact on this network

Quick question man, did penguin fuck you over ? thats alot of blogs that could of taken a massive hit in rankings and income.

What you made at the begin of the year could be alot less now so the 20k you've made (average say $3k a month ) could be down a good bit lower ?

If thats the case

Last 2 months then averaged out x 6
