Does that include the hosting accounts and servers? If it does not, transferring all the domains to new hosts and new IPs could affect the rankings.

The sites can stay on the (cyberwurx) hosting/IPs if the new owner wants to take that over, yes.

Affiliates also have rebills if the linking codes used are on revshare. Have you only used PPS?

But it would be practically impossible to transfer those to another affiliate account (assuming he's promoting those programs also by other means than the traffic network he's selling here).

The reason I ask about the rebills, is let's say your sites had been running for 3 years and had collected say $1500 per month of rebills, then that would play a significant part in the $20K over 6 months i.e. 6 * 1500 = $9K.

Ah ok gotcha, but industry average is 3 months (probably not even that nowadays) so whichever way you slice it, it has no great impact on this network
