Only Fools and Horses actors Sir David Jason (centre) and Nicholas Lyndhurst (far right) attend the unveiling of the plaque in honour of the show's creator, John Sullivan. The blue Heritage Foundation plaque has been placed at Teddington Studios, in south-west London, where the show was filmed.

Wish John Sullivan had had a few more years and produced some more work

He was a legend! Rock and Chips and Green Green Grass were brilliant aswell.

John was a genius. One episode in which Del Boy and Rodney became wealthy following the discovery and sale of a valuable watch attracted almost 25 million viewers the highest UK audience for a sitcom.

Early OFAH with Grandad are top class, it did start to dip a bit after that and really dropped when rachel came in. Are you serious about the Green Green Grass (I don't think John Sullivan wrote that?) its not a good show at all,

True. Green Green Grass is just watchable,nothing more.

Only Fools and Horses is one of those timeless gems. Got the whole series and all the movies, my 10 year old loves the series.

His work won him a number of comedy awards, including the BAFTA for best sitcom on three occasions, and he was made an OBE in 2005. His last work was Rock & Chips, a comedy drama prequel to Only Fools and Horses.
