$25 per hour is very reasonable for US based, actually its kinda low, not a bad thing.

Too cheap for usa,could work as freelancer fee but hardly for a team.Team fee would be minimal 45$ per hour.

For skeptics:
1. No contact info, no web-site - errr... see above

2. Methodology - well, I did not want to bore anyone to death with agile, rup, scrum, etc; so in few words - I had to explain that communication is the key. And yes - that part is free.

3. Pricing - for those who think that we should charge you more - we will charge YOU more, but for everyone else we'll stick to what works for us best.

Any portfolio is better than no portfolio. I've picked up a few local businesses on my adult portfolio since I had something to show them. Your original post had no contact information at all; no e-mail, no web site. Agile, rup and scrum are great, but what about MySQL/MySQLi, PHP (using PDO), Ruby on Rails, .asp, Java, jQuery, etc?
