Most likely a custom script, probably just hired some freelancer to do it. I don't fully understand what it is doing but, assuming you're right and it does scrape galleries, its not too difficult to code.

most urls are going through directory, vanilla/

so its either vanilla/ tgp script or trade script .,.,
