Usually couple minutes but it can take up to couple hours. After you are approved all changes you make to order are auto-approved(except url change).

Set up a test campaign. Could not really understand how to adjust the settings
its a slide bar so i just left it at their default

Started it - once it was approved it sent 10.5k hits INSTANTLY to the site and killed the site.
