| Bank of America for adult, never mind perks...they don't ask you much questions about your business. |

Not too many years ago, Bank of America caused problems for quite a few large adult companies.

 | US Bank is a good choice. Where ever you bank, don't throw adult in their face.

What happened, all the banks are fucked up now since they already got bail out money and new rules were placed on them. Now they want to stick it to their customers.

So after 5 phone calls to customer service for BOA finally got a supervisor on the phone and he told me yes these company's requested your updated debit card and we gave it to them. Its in there Bank of America U.S. Consumer Privacy Notice bla bla. So if you are using any type of recurring monthly service wih BOA and change debit cards and get a new card and new number the merchant can request your new debit card info and start billing you again at any time which i think is complete b.s

The banks think they are doing you a favor since you might need the reoccurring service each month, for example I have some websites that I pay for monthly, if I don't pay they go offline.

 Boa
I'm currently suing BOA over my mortgage, but for business they are great. When I was an accountant most companies had BOA. One of the great things they have is "Debit Block." No one could withdraw money from your account without a court order. I've switched to a local bank, but the idea that BOA is almost everywhere is great as I'm Old School. I write checks at the teller to withdraw money. Using an ATM card is a quick way to lose all your money to thieves or stupid store clerks. As in "your transaction didn't go though." So the store clerk keeps punching the enter button. Soon a $50 transaction becomes a $50 x 20 transactions. |

 | Why is that? They've been great to me. It's like the old real estate market but for business. They funded all my equipment needs.
