But yes it does. The new setup has no one being denied health care. No one. So if someone isn't paying in to the thing, and then gets sick, he will be provided health care, and the rest of the people paying would have to pick up that financial slack from that person who for whatever reason decided not to insure themselves.

If everyone is paying into the pool, then no one can fuck over everyone else by not being insured and then getting injured or ill.

I'm all for helping out broke ass people who can't afford health care, but it's going too far when the government is FORCING people to do things or face a tax or fine or whatever the fuck, don't they already force people to do enough shit? Families at the bottom of this range would have to pay only 3 percent to 4 percent of their income in premiums, while those at the top would have to pay 9.5 percent. The federal government picks up the rest of the tab.
