I lack the english volcabulaire to describe the level that this site has disrupted my sales. I caught a store buying my product directly from the gypsies last month. If you have an annonymous donation link I will send you stop file lockers a little christmas gift. Thank you once again for your efforts. |
You can make donations on the Stop File Lockers website using the Chip In widget or via Paxum to [email protected]
|
I just made my third donation of $500.00 ($1500.00 total)
Come on GFYers... lets kick in to keep this progress going! |

For partage-facile the hard part will be the carte bleu and allo pass.
But if anyone is in Québec and they want to get some big tough mainstream company to attack partage-facile. Send a note to Quebecor Media and tell them about the site quebec-ddl.com which uses exclusively partage-facile and has almost every single quebec film ever made and all most of all quebec music groups. |
A part of the empire of a pirate. If you deal with one of these sites it might be an idea to drop it now before we come knocking on your door.

As a cam site what we should do about it, if competing cam sites are advertised all over pirate sites... we could be hero and not allow advertisements in pirate sites eh, we win any prize for that, or are other others getting any penalty :) By the way I googled some "illegal/pirated" content and found some hosted on: http://zenload.com (pays affiliates for downloads: http://zenload.com/earn.html ) http://filestay.com/?op=payments (ask to give email they send how to pay, or -> www.downloadnolimit.com/select-filestay-30-days ) http://shareflare.net (ask to give email they send how to pay) http://exclusivefaile.com (-> http://www.downloadnolimit.com/exclusivefaile ) http://depfile.com/premium I discovered anything? :) I would be surprised if yes, this was a 5 minutes google work from scratch. |
Wow been following this thread closely and I have to say its nice to see a shining light at the end of the pirate tunnel. Though there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. Thank you for all the hard work.
I'm also curious if anyone has looked at luckyshare. They ignore dmca requests and also use PayPal. Anyone know anything about these assholes? |

This guy is known by a number of names, most of his forums all have the same header. The more interesting part of all of this is where some of these sites originated and what they now connect with. This guy runs one of the most organised criminal copyright conspiracies we've delved in to. He's supported in all of this by a flow of money from several well known programs who may or may not know of the extent of this piracy. |

We are at a stage where we need to become representative of content owners in order to further progress with payment companies, web hosting companies, card associations and law enforcement.
We have already made extraordinary progress in shutting down commercial piracy with file lockers but now we're going to widen our efforts. In order to be most effective at mitigating piracy in all it's forms we need to become representative of rights holders. IP Rights Holders can now become represented by Copy Control so we can help you mitigate piracy of your content. Representation by Copy Control is not a replacement for your current DMCA arrangements, rather it's complimentary to them. What we do is actively enforce your rights by working with web hosting companies, payment processing companies, banks, card associations, advertising networks and other service providers to have them stop working with the pirates and their sites. Where organisations are un-cooperative we have a number of legal strategies that we employ to gain compliance. We also liaise with law enforcement agencies and other government agencies to mitigate piracy on your behalf. To get your company , brand or content represented by Copy Control we ask that you fill out this simple form. http://copycontrol.org/get-represented/ once you fill out this form I will send you a copy of our rights-holder representation agreement for you to sign and return back to us. you can also read about what representation will do for you at http://copycontrol.org/services/ We work on a cost recovery basis so the fees for representation are quite low and if you can't afford them we'll work with you to come up with a fee which suits your budget. Small rights holders would pay around $500 per year (or $50 per month), Mid sized rights holder companies would pay around $1000 per year (or $100 per month) and large rights holders would pay around $3500 per year or ($350 per month). This is very expensive and labor intensive work, we need to charge fees to recover the costs of what we are doing. Representation is non exclusive. Becoming represented by Copy Control should not impact any other relationships you have with DMCA agents, legal services, attorneys or investigators. We are a complimentary service to all of these types of organisations. If you have any questions about becoming represented by us please email me at members -at- copycontrol.org |
