Btw i have a few suggestions:
1.To add water dispenser somewhere in lobby,i know there is shitload of happy hours and sponsored parties but i am kind a worried about sugar level when drinking so much alcohol/juices which is why is handy to have water supply around.
2.To add a computer or more with internet access in lobby.I know there is wifi in hotel but my phone dont have wifi and i cant carry laptop all the time.Computer would come handy for things like checking your own sites,mail,gfy and other thingies.

I ended in two different hotels due first hotel having two days sold out.Also,next time you should make list of alternative hotels immediately after show announcement and not few days before it starting.Oh and btw do you maybe have contact from someone of wirecard?It just happened them being processor for bus ticket which i was just buying and accidentally ordered twice same thing and need that to be fixed.
