If you happen to live near a highway, hop in your car and take a drive early Saturday or Sunday morning when it has the least amount of traffic. Throw on your favourite tunes and gun it.

I meditate before, during, and after I workout. I can almost put myself into a trance like state when I lift. Complete silence meanwhile music is cranked and don't feel any pain, its unreal what the mind is capable of once trainer properly.
