My personal opinion is that the adult industry should not go after its customers (the downloaders), it should go after the uploaders and websites (pirates and contributory infringers).
 Even better would be to convert the pirate sites and monetize that traffic using something like the FSC's Anti-Piracy Action Program which is a win/win situation for the websites and the content owners. I talked with some top IT guys at Time Warner Cable in LA. They informed me that the IP logs are not 100% and innocent people are getting sued. With that in mind, why sue innocent people when the pirate websites are 100% guilty?
