My personal opinion is that the adult industry should not go after its customers (the downloaders), it should go after the uploaders and websites (pirates and contributory infringers).:2 cents:

Even better would be to convert the pirate sites and monetize that traffic using something like the FSC's Anti-Piracy Action Program which is a win/win situation for the websites and the content owners.

I talked with some top IT guys at Time Warner Cable in LA. They informed me that the IP logs are not 100% and innocent people are getting sued. With that in mind, why sue innocent people when the pirate websites are 100% guilty?
