I understand completely. Some people have way too much time on their hands, plus they really don't mean jackshit in the industry anyways. A bunch of bottom feeders is what they are.

Exactly. Everyone I know who has a lot of money invested in this business and other industries are total sponge mongers for any information, research data, opportunities, etc. The more you get the better your chances of finding genuinely great deals and opportunities.
