Alex was a 3rd partner but left a while back for reasons unknown to me.. although I have a few assumptions as to why ;) Violet and I signed our contracts with a "Great North Marketing" which I believe was owned by Sean and/or Alex.. tis why Abbie now has her hands free of GotGisele & VioRotica. I assume since she was involved with the "Trifecta Co." which my original contract does not pertain to .... Anywho, perfect example of how shit gets complicated when too many cooks in the kitchen lol

i was hoping that some aspect of this would start making sense soon but really it just gets more and more murky.

the last time i spoke to abbie i asked her if she would be willing to set up some kind of payment plan to pay down the debt owed to my models. seeing as she retains properties that were built by ohc/lcc i don't think this is totally unfair. she was also always the main person i did business with regarding ohc/lcc and i think she should do right by me and my models. she is doing solo sites under her new program with girls who were in my cam studio/on godsgirls.

she never responded to me and i haven't heard from her since.

mostly i feel bad for the girls who are doing these solo sites. even if it turns out that abbie is completely innocent no one is going to promote these sites or send any abbie related properties any traffic, right? a couple of girls have told me that they have been blacklisted from some communities just for being associated with abbie. these are nice girls who work hard. it's just all too bad.

the last thing i heard from sean was an email including the legal filing and a note saying that he cannot pay my models because abbie/jennifer is in control of their funds. ?

What is beyond silly to me is her claims to have zero involvement when it comes to payment, however is willing to "pay out of pocket" to debts that she is adamant on stating she has zero responsibility for. Now I know that me, personally, would never pay out any debts to anyone if the truth indeed is that the blame is falling in someone else's lap alone entirely. Unfair as it may seem, if her claims of unaware innocence are true, why would one ever offer to pay someone else's debts? ...

Without going into tooo much detail.. Abbie owes me a hefty amount personally. A foolish mistake on my behalf for trusting those untrustworthy, but her claims of innocence and the constant pointing of fingers has made me become very aware of the deceitful actions she is capable of. A member of mine wanted to send me money orders to purchase a new computer for my birthday last October. Abbie agreed to a favor, to have the money orders sent to her address to insure my privacy from the member. The member sent a large package of random goodies including an ipad, lamp, money orders and other small sentimental items. Long story short I did receive some of the smaller items but they were sent during long drawn out time periods one by one due to her encountering some health issues and hospital stays. I am very aware that this was a huge favor and generous thing for Abbie to do for me, so I let the delay in forwarding the goodies slide. However when it came to the money orders (exceeding 3k may I add..) These were never sent to me.. despite the huge lamp, bedding and ipad being sent .. Months passed and I had my member look into the status of the money orders as of that point I was worried it is too late for me to even cash them in the event they ever did arrive. The checks were made out to "Gisele" .. and I found out that Abbie had cashed the checks shortly after receiving them. She did this so "my member wouldn't see my personal info when I go to cash them" .. Sounds fair enough right..?? So I smile and carry on thinking SURELY they are on their way.. hehe
Well this all took place in October 2011... it is now May 2012.. and I am still typing on my old computer ;) This is more of a personal issue and consequences on poor decisions on my behalf. But I can not help but to see through her lies and casting of blame on others when I have fallen victim on a personal level of her cashing money orders that were birthday gifts for ME, not my solo site, and not only cashing them, but never sending them as well.

From my understanding..
- Abbie is the holder of the epoch account and has/had settlements going to her and not the company account hens people were not paid.
- Abbie went around telling people to contact Sean well company funds were depositing direct to her personal account.
- Abbie moved domains out of the company godaddy account and well the company funds were/are being sent to her made promises to pay company bills etc these payments were not paid resulting in host turning the sites off.
- Abbie is still connected to LLC
- Abbie seems to now be trying to build a company around solo sites she is only part owner of and content she is only part owner of *this is if they have not removed her from the company for her actions*
- Abbie is in control of the main company email account *see screen cap*

In the password recovery function of the email ..
email seen = abbies personal email address
cell phone number seen = abbies NEW cell phone number *as in less then 1-2 months old*

- Abbie said she killed the company gmail based account and could not hand control of the email that was used to setup and manage key points of the company . This is clearly not the case or the account would be sending back messages to people saying that the email address did not exist in the gmail system and a password recover page would not be possible.

- Alex was bought out/left of the company so that he could go work on his other projects *main stream*
- Alex is still owed some funds from his buy out

As for Sean I think we all know he is the majority share holder etc.. so there is little point in outlining things plus the legal suit posted sheds some light on things.

abbie told me that alex & sean pulled the plug on the epoch accounts and that none of the sites bill with epoch any longer. my understanding is that in order to use epoch billing you need a US representative to control the accounts. would they be able to shut down the epoch billing? they're in canada.

i am not taking sides on any of this. i want my models to be paid and that's about it. frankly, i don't really know who to believe in all of this. it gets more confusing the more information i receive.

The only connection we have with Abbie is that we've bought content from her. Everything else mentionned in this thread has no link to us whatsoever.

Exactly as for epoch *my guess is* that they would have had to setup a new account due to Abbie controling the old one and deposits going to her personally including rebills leaving the company with no way to collect cash to pay bills/webmaster/talent etc.. At this point it will be all played out in the courts and when that is said and done we can see whats what until then there are 3 sides to the stoy hers/his/truth..

Wasn't Abbies deal to be the one that handled the models/talent etc.. So it would stand to reason that being the models point of contact some would follow her to her next cam / solo based project.
And nobody is saying Sean is innocent. The company from the sounds of it was at break even and when abbie pulled her shit it was like someone living pay check to pay check not getting paid so everything falls apart and shit does not get paid.

I'm so glad you posted this! I've been tempted to tell everyone about this forever, but I knew it wasn't my place.

Abbie stole a $3600 birthday gift from Gisele! She signed the money orders over to herself, and used the attorney excuse we're all so familiar with when Gisele wanted her money. I don't know when she became so entitled, but I'm glad she's finally knocked off her throne.

If she's capable of blatantly stealing $3600 from a model, I'm sure she had no problem discreetly stealing from other models and affiliates for years.

Someone really needs to make her current partner and models aware of this thread, as well as the stuff on IQ (because Abbie actually showed up there). Those girls are so far up Abbie's ass, they won't listen to anything former models have to say. They're clueless. One of her girls, (who is actually a sweetheart I might add) attacked me on twitter when I asked Abbie to stop running a fake Facebook page of me.

I remember that video, I think. Or I remember Brooke Marks videos. I was still a CWH model at the time. All the girls thought Brooke was really cute and funny. Her vids were brilliant. I don't get why Abbie would have a problem with her, but I don't get most of the horrible things she's done. I guess she's just mean spirited and doesn't like competition.

I recall her sitting in girls chats on mfc and harassing them under guest accounts. She even posted girls numbers, names, and private info in the chat. I was horrified by it, but afraid to say anything. I just brushed it off and refused to participate. Figured she had a good reason to hate the models. One of the many red flags I shouldn't have ignored. Abbie tells you what you want to hear to get you on her team. I fell for it. Twice. Shame on me.

Anyway, that experience has given me thicker skin at least. Everytime someone tries to troll me while I'm camming I think, "It's someone as miserable as Abbie, with nothing better to do."

Whatever the story is, being an affiliate is like being a vendor or supplier. Businesses going under is part of the risk of the job. You're going to have to deal with unpaid invoices and devalued product from time to time. Take the appropriate actions when these things happen. I like that ccbill somewhat cuts out that aspect of it with their system.

I guess she was angry at the jokes, or had spite against someone in our company. I always thought that was mean-spirited. When the video went down, it was being linked to by several big humor sites (Ebaum's World, Phun.org) who burned traffic into the 404 and didn't update their links. It was a shitty thing to do to us.

Odd, I was never aware of this. Sorry that happened. I don't even know if she was with us when this happened.

This is a crazy story. I'm quite intrigued to see how it all plays out. Sean emailed me notice of the lawsuit as well. I don't know what to believe at this point. Was it actually filed in Canada? I confronted Abbie about it and she told me she never was served with anything.

Sorry to see Gisele in this spot. She always was a great model for us and always had a great attitude.

What is beyond silly to me is her claims to have zero involvement when it comes to payment, however is willing to "pay out of pocket" to debts that she is adamant on stating she has zero responsibility for. Now I know that me, personally, would never pay out any debts to anyone if the truth indeed is that the blame is falling in someone else's lap alone entirely. Unfair as it may seem, if her claims of unaware innocence are true, why would one ever offer to pay someone else's debts? ... Without going into tooo much detail.. Abbie owes me a hefty amount personally. A foolish mistake on my behalf for trusting those untrustworthy, but her claims of innocence and the constant pointing of fingers has made me become very aware of the deceitful actions she is capable of. A member of mine wanted to send me money orders to purchase a new computer for my birthday last October. Abbie agreed to a favor, to have the money orders sent to her address to insure my privacy from the member. The member sent a large package of random goodies including an ipad, lamp, money orders and other small sentimental items. Long story short I did receive some of the smaller items but they were sent during long drawn out time periods one by one due to her encountering some health issues and hospital stays. I am very aware that this was a huge favor and generous thing for Abbie to do for me, so I let the delay in forwarding the goodies slide. However when it came to the money orders (exceeding 3k may I add..) These were never sent to me.. despite the huge lamp, bedding and ipad being sent .. Months passed and I had my member look into the status of the money orders as of that point I was worried it is too late for me to even cash them in the event they ever did arrive. The checks were made out to "Gisele" .. and I found out that Abbie had cashed the checks shortly after receiving them. She did this so "my member wouldn't see my personal info when I go to cash them" .. Sounds fair enough right..?? So I smile and carry on thinking SURELY they are on their way.. hehe Well this all took place in October 2011... it is now May 2012.. and I am still typing on my old computer ;) This is more of a personal issue and consequences on poor decisions on my behalf. But I can not help but to see through her lies and casting of blame on others when I have fallen victim on a personal level of her cashing money orders that were birthday gifts for ME, not my solo site, and not only cashing them, but never sending them as well. Oh! Yall will never guess what her reason for not being able to send the money orders was.. get this... She was forbidden to talk to me after I left my site in Nov/Dec due to legal reasons... Sounds like things are pretty quite in AbbieLand these days with all these restraints on communicating to others ... hehehe Thats fine and dandy that she cant "talk to me".. but umm why not send the money back to the member Miss "good character 2012" !?!?! Point being.. lets put that good character to test Abbie... and send me my money. How is it you are willing to pay people back debts you are claiming you aren't even responsible for? Yet you cant send me my (not yours..mine) $3,600 that I have emails saying you would do. The checks were made out to me, they had absolutely NOTHING to do with GotGisele.com or any accused "debts" you, Sean or anyone apart of LCC claim that I "owed". I left the site with fair warning and attempts to buy out. I truly hope you put that money to good use. Oh, and my Xbiz award for Web babe of the year.. not Website.. that was sent to your house for whatever reason.. the one with my name on it..That can be sent to me as well I am so disgusted at the lies and drama. I am ready to move on.. Just had to share some tid bits and facts.. Nothing erks me more than people claiming to be something they are not. You said to my face that I remind you of the "cheerleader type girls" who "bullied you in Highschool" .. So I guess these are all actions based on your personal judgment towards me as a result to a bad past with girls I personally feel are the furthest from my genuine kindhearted demeanor. It sucks not being able to hate me because they reality is I have never done anything to harm you and I believe that eats at you because its as if you want to cast judgement and dislike me so bad based on your past. This is clearly not the case or the account would be sending back messages to people saying that the email address did not exist in the gmail system and a password recover page would not be possible. - Alex was bought out/left of the company so that he could go work on his other projects main stream - Alex is still owed some funds from his buy out As for Sean I think we all know he is the majority share holder etc.. so there is little point in outlining things plus the legal suit posted sheds some light on things.
