Itunes Sucks!!!
I'm so fucking pissed, I paid for a movie rental on Itunes about 13 mins before this awesome movie ended the movie stopped. Apparently the file was corrupted. I closed Itunes and rebooted and still the same message. WTF do I do??? Itunes has no fucking phone support and I want to see the end of this fucking movie!!!

Itunes is great. Rented lots of movies, bought lots of songs. The only time I needed support I got it instantly. When a movie rental license expired before I got to watch it all they renewed it for me for free, no questions asked. Excellent service.

In more than a decade I have never had a problem with any apple product or app with the exception of a single hard drive that started making noise. My mac pro and imac get turned off when I move or during heavy lighting storms only. iphone, ipad and itunes work great. Would never consider owning anything else and look forward to apple tv's, toasters, anything else they sell in the future.

I love Apple but iTunes is a buggy piece of shit. Just to get it to update the podcasts I subscribe to is a fucking chore, I constantly have to unsubscribe and resubscribe to get new podcasts...

I have a MacBook Pro, MacPro Dual Quad, Iphone 4GS and haven't had any issues with iTunes or Apple Products. I also have a few PCs and a Lappie running Windows 7 & have had a few issues but that's to be expected.

I use the Macs for Music Production and the PCs for everything else
