Buy a notepad and some pens...

Works better than any digital version I ever kept.

PDAs come with software that you can use alone.

Look for a program called Palm Desktop.

MicroSoft Outlook - isbad.

I was hoping for some sort of software TODO list that I could use.

I think I'm just going to have to make a web based todo list... then I could access it everywhere.

i need this too, i tried a contact/task management script i found on the Net but most of them are TOO complicated, too many features and buttons. I need something more specialized than just a PIM Contact Manager but not as complicated as all these Workgroup Team Task Manager things I'm seeing.

somebody did say it right, paper and pencil still do a great job but i would like to create a web based tool for me and the guys who shoot for me. Too many models, customers, mixing and matching, and the models have similar names so half the time I'm not even talking to my guys about the same girls.

Any programmer out here who can do a web based Model Shoot Scheduler thingy for me? It would be a little database, contact manager, task scheduler for shoots, and maybe invoicer but not really important. Should be simple.

Palm - has a good desktop to do list. You can HotSyncs with your palm hand held and always have your to do list, contacts, meetings, etc.

ok I"m making some progress here.. found a couple kick ass PHP/Mysql based Todo list managers...

I think for a SINGLE USER todo list, this one looks GREAT:

http://www.alexking.org/index.php?co...ks/content.php

There is also this one for you post-it note lovers... this one is just a really simple multi user list:

http://www.tallence.de/pinboard/inde...task=0&table=0

For MULTI-USER todo/task development environment I like these:

http://todolist.sourceforge.net/

http://itms.sourceforge.net/

Those two above would be good for large paysite/program operations who want to keep bugs, jobs & tasks organized.
