Here's a tip: Instead of checking your stats again, make yourself work on a new blog. If you cut down stat viewing and random surfing, you'll get so much more done.

Also, when you're blogging, keep asking yourself "How can I do this faster or more efficient without risking quality or SEO?"

What's your low, medium and high estimates, and do you find it changes when you make a quality blog vs doing a shitload of crappy spawned ones per site?

Yeah. It all depends on the keyword I'm targeting and I do a lot of research to find high searched and low competition keywords that takes no time at all to get traffic on.

Maybe not 8k after 1 month, but at least 1-2k on a lot of them

Speaking as an outsider (I just sell domains, not porn ), it doesn't surprise me that much that blog to FHG could work better. I think at this point, for various reasons including tubes and the economy, potential porn buyers have to be juiced up to it. There's not going to be that many oblivious people who have no idea there's a wealth of free porn out there, so give a decent dose of it to whet their appetite more before they ultimately go "I want to see what else they've got". Better than "pffft, that's all they're going to let me see? Fuck that".

I could be wrong of course, but it would just seem like you really have to win over your potential customers more today than ever whereas in olden days, you could probably just promise boobies and they'd throw their wallet at the screen.

I think it's because of that and also if a blog with a bunch of images that imply a gallery when clicked, if a surfer sees the same join now or especially same tour page they might think "When was this updated" or "I don't even know what the porn looks like" and end up looking for something else to fap to before potentially getting aroused enough to pull out a card and not too aroused to finish before buying..

Like other have said, just mix it up a little. I started to add a second call to action on a few posts just to see what would happen.

I have each one on one line. First one say the usual "See more hot..blah blah blah" that goes to the tour. Then right below I have another line that says "Click here and join "paysite" now for $1" or something close to that which goes right to the join page.

I have always ran the pics and links right to the tour, never did a link to a FHG. Ratios are pretty good but I think I am going to try a mix it up like you guys suggested. Some to the pics, some to the FHG's and some to the tour.

I have been adding more flv's movies to my blogs to get lower bounce rate on them.

Most of my sites are not for bookmark surfers. They have been set and forget blogs. What do you guys think about a header design? I have used them on a couple sites and havent noticed any difference. In fact my best blogs didnt have a header.

Yeah well, i do all kinds of things really. From paysites to blogging. Although i've been blogging for years i never did it as big as i'm doing it now. And i'm enjoying it.
I prefer to do this instead of building yet another shitty tube like everyone seems to think is the only way to go for some reason.

As far as headers, Ive tested this before and on mirrored blogs with or without headers don't make a difference for me.

Header or not, just be sure to put description text below either that or the title, SEs like that

Used to only link to FHGs and then I switched to linking to the Tour. Sales and ratios improved a bit but not significantly. Now I do 75% to the tour and 25% to a FHG when the gallery is a must.

Some Sponsors have really shitty galleries but great tours

For those shitty galleries on sponsors with unique or well converting sites, maybe try making your own galleries with good selling text and maybe a good top HPA if available with a couple backlinks on each for good handwritten blogs if you have the time

On my blogs they click the play button which shows them a min or two video. That keeps them there longer to watch a video instead of just bouncing off to see a pic or a tour. There is a call to action close to the video though.
