i have some really nice serps for them, i have niche targetted iframes on my niche targetted sites, i dont know where else to get better traffic, still one sale per year maybe. not pushing cams anymore, wasted time ...

but have idea in my head, that must work, if not that nothing else, but time is missing ...

I'll start thinking like this: if I ever start a cam site, I'll offer 888$ or 999$ PPS for affiliates.

1., They'll jump on it like crazy
2., I'll shave them anyways (as everyone else more or less does)
3., They wont convert anyways (so I don't even need to shave)

Sounds like a plan to me

I'm weary of anyone offering high payouts like this. Even for the ones who offered the tiered scales based on how much you send where the PPS rate doubles or triples.

I'm not saying it is working this way in this case but the way I suspect the high PPS programs for whales work is:

1. Offer your top 10% by volume $100 PPS
2. Shave your bottom 90% by 65% or more at $35 PPS in order to pay the top 10% more.

So I avoid anyone with radical PPS shifts at the top especially if I'm not sure I am going to be a top 10% affiliate with them.

Lots of people say shaving doesn't happen but a quick google search and a search here of posts from the old days will show you otherwise. You have programmers openly admitting that 9/10 of their clients asked for shave modules as one of the first requests. You even have a software provider who posted here linking to an admin interface and documentation which openly showed that it had shave capabilities. You'll find story after story of people meeting an unamed bro who told them "everybody does it". You do the math.

Imlive is a lot harder to convert since it already has so many members, has been around a long time so basically it is already a "famous" site to many people.. that is why it converts a lot harder and therefor PPS is a lot higher... that of course doesn't mean it is impossible

And don't say it.. I mean, saying that my traffic is only for paysites and not for cams is quite stupid. Been in this business 10 years and I know what Im talking about...

Can't speak for camsites, but Those were the old days, nowadays sponsors would rather add sales than remove them. When shit was converting like 1:100 sponsors were shaving like mofos and affiliates didn't give a shit or notice for the most part since the ratios were so sweet.

How you gonna shave the typical affiliate now doing 1:5k, his ratios will be so shitty they'll pull the traffic.

Now the high end PPS deals for cam sites are: Your member has to signup jump down and pick a bail of cotton before "qualifying" as the $269 sale.

Most PPS paysite programs just add double blind x sales, middle page xsale and cancel page x sales.

Paysite programs like mine... I simply take members' area upgrades rev and then build up a bonus fund and use that to award good affiliates and I simply count the rest as advertising expense to get new affiliates so I take a loss.
