In all fairness based on my interactions with Dutch people to date, It's more likely than not that Frank would actually be a pretty fun guy to hang out with. I've never met a Dutch guy that I didn't like.

i have been threatened once with physical violence, then met this person in Phoenix and he was very friendly and acted as if nothing ever happened...

i can't imagine that you meet someone and just walk up to him and punch him out of the blue.. at least i was taught not to do so by my parents.

Well most people get violent out of rage. So when you actually meet the person, days, months or even years later naturally the rage was over a long time ago so nothing ever happens.

It's been a long time since I've been violent out of rage. Not since my late teens or maybe early twenties. I just happen to think violence is another tool for settling disputes.
