.XXX agrees to not sponsor XRCO Awards
XRCO

Kudos to Bill Margold, Mike South, Kayden Kross, Jesse Jane and others for putting the pressure on .XXX / ICM Registry and to Will Ryder, Axel Braun and the anonymous donor who stepped up to the plate with donations.

we didnt put pressure on ICMR we put pressure on XRCO
ICMR is a bunch of fucking scumbags and Dirty Bob should have wiped his ass with that check and sent it back to Stuart lawley with his signature required. In the end though I exposed the sponsorship and people within XRCO basically said no fucking way and Dirty Bob had little choice but to refund the money or he was going to lose sponsorship of XRCO by people like Wicked and Digital Playground. I applaud the rank and file of XRCO for making this happen.

Probably a lucky turn of events for ICMR, .xxx domain registrations have all but flatlined, there can't be too much money left in the kitty over at ICMR.

I got an email from them not to long ago. It was regarding when I enquired about a *top level* domain prior to opening date. This was not available as they had reserved it themselves to be auctioned to highest bidder.
Guess that didn't go as planned... |
