For a month, I've tried DTI's PPC banners. I had it on a site that gets 70k uniques a day. Approximately 400 daily clicks were delivered (DTI banner only in website's footer).

After more than 10,000 clicks were sent but my stats showed that I earned nothing from it, I sent DTI support an email. 5 days later - no response. Is DTICash a fraud? Should I pull the banner asap and say good bye to traffic I wasted by sending it there?

You shouldn't have to wait any more than 24 hours for a response to a question of that nature. 5 days is beyond unacceptable.
I've never promoted them personally but will say that there was once a DTI warning on the webmaster resources page of an excellent and trustworthy website. Its not there anymore but I'm certain that it was at one point.

What special deal? DTICash has a PPC program. Anybody who's their affiliate can promote their site on revshare basis or PPC basis. You can generate PPC links the same way you generate revshare links from within the affiliate interface.

In order to receive 3 cents per click, you must maintain a ratio under 1:500. If your conversion ratio is above 1:500, you will receive less per click. Please refer to the table below for exact payout structure. To make things even more lucrative for everyone, a $2.95 trial is considered a conversion and not some $40+ package.

RatioUnder 1:500 ------- PPC - 0.03 + 35%
Ratio501 - 1,000 ------- PPC- 0.02 + 35%
Ratio1,001 - 4,000 ------- PPC - 0.01 + 35%
RatioOver 4,000 ------- PPC - Only 35% Commission

Looks like you missed that. Don't beat yourself up over it... it happens to all the noobs.

I don't really vouch for programs, usually I only endorse Amerinoc because of ther excellent hosting services.

But in this case I will make an exception. DTI Cash has been excellent to me over the years, pay on time and give a good revenue share. To be able to add a little extra from PPC is nice, but the real money lies in their revenue share part. LeRoy is always around and extremely helpful if help is ever needed.

True, their affiliate backend is a bit different but once you get used to it, it's actually really nice to be able to follow each user and see how they spend, come back, buy more credits and spend again! Plus, you can check your daily stats via StatsRemote or NiftyStats so you do not need to login each day.
