epassporte card good only for Paycom ? This Sucks Big Time

I just got a new epassporte virtual card and tryed to use it at several websites...all came DECLINED ! I have contacted epassporte and here is what i got : you can use the card only in Paycom sistem...all other merchants are declined (Ibill, CCbil etc.). This is not mentioned at all on the epassporte site...they even promote it like a normal virtual visa card that you can use everywhere.....this really sucks

Rand, any comments ?

Dear Epassporte Cardholder:

As a Visa Issuer and for your protection, we have elected to block certain merchant categories. Certain transactions processed by (CCbill/Ibill/nCharge) are blocked at this time. However, we are working with (CCbill/Ibill/nCharge) to unblock them in the near future. We hope this does not cause you any inconvenience.

The Merchant Processor that Epassporte is now accepting transactions from in this merchant category code is Paycom.net.

Thank you for using Epassporte

Regards,
Faye

i guess MY only question is:

Why are you using epassporte?

isnt it for rejects that have fucked up credit history, or declined cause they fucked up shit in the past?

its like 2nd chance financing in a way if you think about it...

you dont get the 1st loan cause you suck.. so the 2nd loan is jacked way da fuck up there on intrest.. etc..

deal with those apples. bitch.

i got one just out of curiosity......however, in a case of a "2nd loan" you are told upfront that you will get x% higher intrest...it's not like you found out only after you actualy get the loan..that was my point

Yo P!mp...

EPassPorte is an OffShore account....Way OffShore.

The money won't hit your bank account or your tax return unless you voluntarily put it there.

I'm not sure what your taxman has to say about that, but mine (canadian) thinks it ain't taxable income until I bring it home.

...

Give them some time, this thing is less than a month old. Meanwhile, head down to your local bank machine and load your wallet.

Chris here for Rand (I get up earlier...):

epassporte is currently working on integration with other processors. Until this is completed, which could be a month or longer, epassporte is only integrated with EPOCH / Paycom sites.

Sorry for any inconvenience, but we are doing our best to integrate with other processors that want to accept this card. It would be helpful for us and for the other processors to know that you want to use your epassporte on their sites, so please write to them as well.

Thanks,

C

OK. I'm up now. ;-) (Actually since 6:00AM)

Let me clarify something that Chris said. Epassporte does work with other processors. It is accepted at ALL non-high risk online merhchants which support CVV2 and accept Visa.

It is currently not accepted by other processors who are classified as accepting high-risk (5967) transactions although we are working with all processors who would like to accept it. Acceptability, afterall, is important for the success of the card and everyone stands to gain from using the card for the trans they would normally be losing. Write to your IPSP and ask them when they will begin accepting epassporte.

Additionally, the P2P funtionality of epassporte is doing a lot to increase distribution of the card. P2P transfers are instant and very cheap as well as global so paying hosting bills, content providers, talent, and affilates has bever been easier and more cost effective.

Epassporte is now issued in 97 countries and counting. Drop me a line if you have questions. I'm happy to help.

Couldn't this be a good thing? If I sell them the card, and they can only use it on my site and a few others, wouldn't they just use it at mine?

Hi Rand,

Epoch does not deal with non US sponsors but CCBill/Ibill does not accept your virtual card.

How EU paysite operators can use epassporte for (1) enduser sales and (2) fund their epassporte business account for p2p afilates payments?

Rand I encounter now same problems as I did first when I opened my epassporte acccount.
Again your processor decline my credit card apparently without a reason.
Back then the problems were solved after the intervention of your techs . At this moment sims that your processor is unable again to authorize foreign transactions and all the attempts to fund my account in the last 2 days ended up in failure.

Would you please ask some of your techs to investigate this issue?

From what I know, this means that your bank statement won't reflect the charges over your virtual card, will reflect only the transactions made to fund your epassporte account.

All the transaction made when you purchase goods and services over the internet by using the virtual card are showed only in your epassporte email account.
