I just got a new epassporte virtual card and tryed to use it at several websites...all came DECLINED ! I have contacted epassporte and here is what i got : you can use the card only in Paycom sistem...all other merchants are declined (Ibill, CCbil etc.). This is not mentioned at all on the epassporte site...they even promote it like a normal virtual visa card that you can use everywhere.....this really sucks

As a Visa Issuer and for your protection, we have elected to block certain merchant categories. Certain transactions processed by (CCbill/Ibill/nCharge) are blocked at this time. The Merchant Processor that Epassporte is now accepting transactions from in this merchant category code is Paycom.net.
