design vs. traffic
If you have dynamite content, is a terrific eye-popping design crucial or is great traffic/customer loyaltygreat sources more important? Just wondering, as design often takes a LOT of time to do...

Flashy doesn't equal professional. It all depends on the type of site though.
But usually, a slick and professional design will go a longer way than many bells and whistles
