There was an adult site that came on here that had an awesome flash site, they would probably do great work. Unfortunately , I forgot their name. Something like rocket studio, red rocket studios. Are you looking for an actual vector flash animation? Or a video converted into flash?
I ask because there's a world of difference between them and it'll help me point you in the right direction.
