Discuss what's fucking going on, and which programs are best and worst. One-time "program" announcements from "established" webmasters are allowed.

1 web cam ---> 2 video source? how to split web cam into 2 feeds?

Anyone here knows how to split the feed from 1 web cam into 2 video source.
Let's say we have a chathost running live show on 1 web cam but they want to be able to use the same signal for something else like a 2 nd live show for a different company. what do we need? a video splitter or some kind of software?
any help appreciated.

Two webcams on the model. Some programs let you use two cams and run the same program twice .. but you'll most likely have to run a second computer for the second video stream. You can get a cheapie computer and it's no big thing ; )

thx, that's what we thought, but someone told me about video feed splitter. I could not find anything that seems to work on google. Just was trying to avoid having 2 machines per chat hosts, can be costly for 20+ host );

*If* you have access to the live camera, a $5 splitter from Radioshack is your best bet.
