Found this on a forum:

Here are the few singers who TRULY have recorded four octaves' worth of full voice notes:

1. David Lee Roth: G1 ("Slam Dunk!", from 1998, "If 6 Was 9", from 2003, and "Let It All Hang Out", from 2003) to G♯5 ("Big Train", from 1994)
2. Peter Steele: E1 ("Haunted", from 1996) to E5 ("Black No.1 (Little Miss Scare-All)" live at the Bizarre Fest, from 1999)
3. Dan Arlie: G1 ("Zoom Zoom" from 1993) to G5 ("Hit Squad", from 1992)
4. Billy Gibbons : E♭1 ("Blue Jeans Blues" live in Texas, from 2007) to E♭5 ("Groovy Little Hippie Pad", from 1981)
5. Ville Valo: F1 ("Killing Loneliness" live Digital Versatile Doom, from 2007) to F5 ("Ode To Solitude", from 2010)

When I saw the title on another forum I thought for sure I'd see Freddie Mercury or Robert Plant on the list. I was surprised to see those on the list above.

Matt, keep in mind this specific list is full voice and full octaves only so falsettos wouldn't count or it would include many other vocalists like Prince.

Maybe, but maybe not. These guys are pretty obsessive about it. They don't hesitate to exclude and update if they can confirm. The forum is dedicated exclusively to vocals and they "notewatch" discographies, bootlegs, everything spanning years. Look at the index linked above for example, and check anyone's specific threads.
