So i got into a problem with a lawyer (white middle aged guy) and went to the law society to have it resolved. He was breaching my lawyer/cleint confidentiality in a small claims case I was in (he was representing the other side and his firm used to represent me before i fired them years ago) and I asked him to resign cause of it cause he was aware of confidential information that could effect the case. He refused. It's a pretty cut and dry case, and the law here is VERY clear about him stepping down in this circumstance. He refused. Anyway went to the law society, after some back and forth with letters the law society found him completely innocent, and he resigned later that same day stating a conflict of interest, of course completely unrelated to any concerns I had.

OK, I get it, they didn't want to smear his career, I got what I wanted... it was a little crooked in how they went about it, but the end result is what mattered. Fix the problem, no one gets blamed. He's gone from the case. I was done with it. Then, 2 weeks later after this is all done and finished I get a letter from the director of discipline from the law society telling me I can never phone them again because of "offensive comments related to my discipline officer's cultural difference' which I left on her answering machine.

Problem is, I only ever left ONE message on my discipline council's answering machine, months ago, and it just asked her to call me back. I asked the director to explain what this is about, still havn't heard back from the director.

I've never met my discipline councilor in person. I have no idea what culture or race she is!!!!!!!!!

but apparently I'm a racist??????????????

I would though like to know what race I am racist against someday.............

Mine got me bail the other week after being brought in for skipping bail! He really went to town to plead my case.

But you're stuffed, that bridge is burnt, lawyers are professional loop hole finders, charlatans, unless you're a big famous businessman with his face on tv commercials and your own high priced lawyer you will just get the runaround. Just move on.

No I made $1440 yesterday Revenue, about $500 income.

No Affiliate Program until late Dec or early 2012.

NATS told me to piss off, kept my $800 though!

So have to program some XML queries into an off the shelf Affiliate script then should have CamAffiliate.com Beta running in a couple months.

I spent 2 months running between the webhost and NATS getting the install done.

Eventually I ran out of cash for the NATS monthly fee and hosting and paused my account.

They said it cost $100 to reactivate.

Then John was posting about how quick the install is, I said mine took months and they all called me liar for not following the install requirements.

But the install requirements missed

1 SQL minus parameter
2 MAC address
3 PHP memory

all of which cost me a failed install, which you have to be online chat with the technician each time and took a week each to organise the webhost...

So NATS kept insisting their install system was you beut and I posted otherwise..

John offered a refund for $650, I said no but I'll get the webhost to work with the technician next time.

WebAir had a server set up a few months ago to do this and NATS said they "declined" to install NATS for me.

I asked for the refund and never got a reply after that.

Also wouldn't brag about $15,000 per month net when trying to open an affiliate program. Assuming you want to piggyback on an existing programs backend which means all of their customers are out of the system but you could have a full fledge webcam site up with your own models and billing I guess. I just find it hard to believe when you can't pay for hosting + $800. If it's the first option you'll be paying people to send joins through your ref code (in a prettier way) so low ass margins with more expenses. If the latter $15,000 isn't enough to open an effective program.

Good luck I guess. I just hate seeing good domain names go to fucking waste.

That was over a year ago setting up NATS with PimpCash.com that took ages, CG was only making $500/week then.

Streamate.com will handle all the CC processing / tracking / fraud control.

Yeah cam domains really piss me off, I missed the boat on a couple of huge ones because nobody answers their damn email. I don't know how much traffic he has but he should be so far above and beyond $500 a day at this point it makes me sick.
