Kingpin was crap!

What a boring movie so far. Dont make a gangsta movie if you cant use profanity or show tits.

This "film" might as well have been approved by the Department of Homeland Security as its clearly an effort to try and discredit Mexican Americans and their "insecure borders".

Funny, I dont remember a 4 hour miniseries being made about urban crack houses during the eighties...

Anyway, the movie was crap.

http://www.nbc.com/Kingpin/about/index.html

Two-time Emmy Award-winning executive producer/writer David Mills (?The Corner,? ?ER,? ?NYPD Blue? and ?Homicide: Life on the Street?) has created NBC?s gritty new series ?Kingpin.?

Actually it's clearly an effort for NBC to ride the success of The Sopranos. You're just crazy.

i liked it cept that NBC can't seem to keep their HDTV channel up - i gave up cause it kept flickering on and off. I watch all kinds of CBS channels in HDTV and NEVER have a problem. (jag, CSI, CSI miami, the agency, etc) ANyone else experience this with NBC HDTV channels?

I watched the second half on CKY..........

On a television sitcom, what is the viewing expeience like for HDTV?

I cant imagine why anyone would want to watch "King Of Queens" in HDTV and what benefits it has, yet there must be something....

i don't watch every eposide of every series, but once or twice a week I watch tv. if the program is offered in HDTV I usually choose it, the clarity on my 65" TV is incredible. CBS has most of their shows available in HDTV now. VERY impressed. Seems NBC every time I try though has problems with it.

the benefits are mostly clarity of background images. I find that I feel like I'm in the movie/show with HDTV on my bigscreen much more than regular broadcasts.

I find HDTV is as clear or clearer than DVDs

don't be an ass - tell us what it is. I might even know of it if it's something referred to here under a different name.
