Program for system optimization/cleanup etc.
I use ADVANCED SYSTEM CARE 4 and it works pretty good.. any suggestions of what you guys use to cleanup and speed up your system

 Most of those applications are snake oil. Don't waste your money. Have scheduled defrags, keep a good antivirus updated and you'll be fine.

What he said and remove unused programs/files. A full or near full hard drive will really slow down your computer.
