I use ADVANCED SYSTEM CARE 4 and it works pretty good.. any suggestions of what you guys use to cleanup and speed up your system :)

Most of those applications are snake oil. Don't waste your money.

Have scheduled defrags, keep a good antivirus updated and you'll be fine.

What he said and remove unused programs/files. A full or near full hard drive will really slow down your computer.
