wordpress picture upload - GoFuckYourself.com

What is the most effective way to upload a picture to wordpress whereby I can crop the thumb to a certain dimension like 480x320 and the thumb is link to the big image that I uploaded.

I always been cropping it manually with photoshop and upload with wp, then the big image I will upload to a folder via ftp.

Upload it to the media folder, insert image from media folder, select small size. No?

But it doesn't allow specific size that way right?

Use photoshop for better image quality.

via a post click on the add image icon above the post screen, then when you upload your image, you can click edit image, and crop it from there.

Goto Media settings in wordpress admin panel and edit thumbnail dimensions?
