I got a job offer from these guys for a complete website re-design, what do you guys think?

Depends on what your views are.
Personally to me, if I were a designer, I would do it, A job is a job as long as it is legal. You may have personal reasons for not doing it, but think of big guys like McDonalds, they will still serve anyone, no matter what their views are.
