Thanks, Sly. I wanted to be sure because I saw a couple threads which made me unsure. I also noticed a thread from a few months (originally started two years ago) back where affiliates were complaining of missing payments and ignored contacts from one of Biggy's sites. One guy claimed to be owed from January. Looks like they resolved it though.

Affiliates must have waited a long time then to not contact him to tell him about this if he only recently learned of the problems. I know if a payment is late by over two or three weeks I always contact support until I get answer. She EASILY could go make great money working on cam, and her suit case pimp could go work a couple jobs if needed instead of making bad investments and blowing all of the money. But it is even EASIER to just steal affiliates money then having to go work for it. Oh and if you *cute* and throw out some bs about not being able to pay your bills people on here will thank you for screwing them.

When it comes to a program stealing the affiliate's money and not paying them, there are no "circumstances" either your money is stolen or not. The *difference* in this situation is that it is some cute sweet looking piece of ass that these guys could never fuck, so at least now they are getting "screwed" by her. Where as if it was a hairy middle age man in the same situation they would be all screaming for what they were owed. How rather pathetic to see guys duped by a piece of ass, but hey that is ultimately how we all make money so I am not surprised that people here are falling for it too.
It's also entertaining to see the "Bros" show up ripping on affiliates who are complaining about yet another program that has fucked affiliates. Yeah, stupid affiliates, how dare you get mad about programs not paying... you should listen to 12clicks (even though he doesn't have any affiliates) and look up to your betters, the program owners. Not trying to picking on MelissaMoney specifically, but here's what's going to happen:
MelissaMoney.com and all other future affiliate programs that shut down are not going to continue to pay out rebills OR accounts that haven't reached the minimums, unless there is a precedent set otherwise. The only other precedent to set would be to hold the programs accountable to the legal agreements they made between themselves and the affiliates. Then you'll start seeing programs paying out & then closing their doors.

Let me tell you about money! So I first made about $200k in a short period of time and this was a shit ton of money to me until my business partner stole it all. He then filed bankruptcy and I never saw a dime of it and it sucked. Then I made a lot more money and everyone wanted some from family to friends even people I didn?t know. This would be ok but none of them paid me back and I lost friends and family over this which sucked again. Then people I didn?t even know sued me, I guess it?s easier to try and steal someone?s money than make your own this of course sucked as well. Then my ex wife decides she isn?t getting enough for child support so she comes to get more even though I have ALWAYS been a big part of my daughter?s life and have paid for things on top of the child support for years and years but this wasn?t enough wow doesn?t that suck. I guess what they should teach you is if you work harder than everyone else you will be punished by those you out worked. Now I am stepping away from killing myself working all the time just so others can take it. I will be honest the money is running out and you know what I am just fine with that. I had everything money could buy but at the end of the day it?s just not worth it anymore?Comment

I think you are right. If someone is owed a lot they should consider going after them legally. I see one person here already considering it. But don't forget that even if it's only a couple hundred dollars there are still other ways to make someone pay. You just cause them many times more problems in publicity with their other ventures to the point where it would have been far cheaper to simply pay you.
Personally if I really had the money I'd rather pay what I owed to my ex-affiliates as opposed to having to deal with a bunch of angry webmasters shadowing me for the next ten years and trying to sabotage my future ventures. Trying to save three months worth of rebills and the last payments with this as the price would be a fool's bargain.
In this case if they really have the money I hope they will reconsider. Especially if the reason they are doing this has to do with getting some very bad advice from someone.
