What expenses did she actually have to "run" her affiliate program?

No business last for ever but when you say life time rebills, as long as you are collecting the money, paying out the affiliate for the rebills you collect, should last for ever. Not sure how much interaction she had with the site, but if she did weekly cam shows and was very involved with the members she would still be doing really well and not affected much by "today's marketplace" aka tube sites.

October 9, 2011 at 8:30 P.M. EST " assuming that is her doing the cam show and not someone else, then she sounds like she is still involved.

While this may happen with a high percentage of solo girl sites, it also happens with a high percentage of non solo girl sites... Pretty much everyone, who pays "life time rebills" will do the same thing and screw people when their affiliates collectively stop sending in new sales, yet they are still making a lot of rebills. Solo girl site or not.

I haven't lost a penny from this but those who did is she and the owners of this program American? If so, maybe you can push for fraud charges by contacting the authorities in her jurisdiction. Many agencies will prosecute if it appears there is ample evidence that premeditated fraud has occurred.

The question here is how long did they know that the program would be shut down and how long have they been planning this. They seemed to have shut off the nats system immediately (so now you cannot see referring urls). They also evidently are not paying out money which was due previously. Did they provide any notice of this?

Don't just let them get away with it. Consider trying to make them pay for it. Write a few letters to their local sheriff or make a few phone calls. Use words like "possible fraud operation". It can easily happen that they choose to investigate and possibly prosecute.

In other words, possible premeditated fraud.

I understand closing an affiliate program in an attempt to make more money off dying sites. But since you promise "lifetime" %, at least give a notice so that affiliates can start pulling links and plan accordingly.

And saying there will be "no more payments" when you have tons of affiliate money unpaid is very unwise. Good luck with that!

Strange how these things are often predictable, isn't it. Usually there are signs in advance that the owners are scumbags it's just that people choose to ignore it. Any attitude of "You're just an affiliate and I don't give a shit about you" should be taken as an extreme warning sign that sooner or later you are going to be fucked if they aren't fucking you already.

Think about it. Prechecked cross sales on any revshare program is basically saying "You send me customers for free and I won't pay you jack shit extra for it. Ha ha. Fuck you! Thanks for making me richer!". No wonder they now think they can get away with taking the money and running.

seems biggy has turned into something of a scammer. even with fuckyoucash, the way the sites are set up is very shady. forcing you to upgrade before you see anything. he says this system works well for him and affiliates but hard to trust anything he says now.

If he was recently involved in this program which is running away with affiliate's money then you'd be a fool to trust him after this. But that's the thing. Lots of affiliates are fools. Even after years of getting fucked over and over in the same ways.
