Verotel basically has no customer service. I had to give them holy fucking hell to get them to turn on my accounts, a 'do you fucking want my business or not?' email finally got their attention.

Use the antique mehtod of using a phone. Yes its a long distance Europe call but that will probably get your issue resolved.

Mitch: when you or your affiliate companies can offer a solution for non USA webmasters that won't cost an arm and a leg for the small paysite, let me know. The last time I tried, I got the runaround from the company that netbilling referred me to, and after 2+ weeks I got back two offshore solutions that....cost an arm and a leg. One of them required a minimum of half a million dollars in processing per month. (!!!) The other one was about $7k in setup fees if my memory serves me correctly.

I don't see much point in setting up a merchant account if the savings in processing fees are going to take more than two years to recoup the setup fees...
