Any shooter with some decent experience can and should look at other shooters work and give some ideas. That how both get improve themselves. One gets the others views of content.

This pornoCMS thing, I am liking it the more I am working with it. I like the customising of the pages with a few PHP code snipets. Still massaging the CSS template, but over the years I have done plenty of split A/B testing with awful shit designs from "adult" graphic designers to fantastic designs but the punter doesnt actually give a fuck. Seems the idiots are more concerned with good content, daily updated and telegraphed as to whats coming, whats new, and whats unseen. Who would have thunk that content was still actually king, LOL

it is far easier and cheaper to customize PornCMS than eX. the PHP programmers that have taken the time to learn how to do it realize after a few days how ridiculously easy it is. there's a main body template and several page templates. all PHP, not smarty. easy display functions for pulling in data and content, and i give away code snippets all the time.

if we are hired for the customization, its $300 for a template skin install, and hourly if you want all pages customized. i rarely see a custom install go over $600, and once its installed you don't need to mess with the template again. i dont see this as a negative lol

i have 2 partners, one in the UK and one in Italy. if something happens to me, or i retire (actually retire, not still try to make sales of shitty content on gfy all day), they will continue the business. it would take global thermal nuclear war to shut us down, but at that point the US govt will take the Internet back.

ya we have done custom work on BriannaBeachLive but only to implement the designs he supplies. that site and his other fetish sites do make a lot of money. he started on clips4sale and then opened his own paysite, where he makes more sales and keeps a lot more profit. this client is paying $400 a month in PornCMS fees alone (plus 300-500 a month in custom work), which is far more than any of Markhams' sites make a month, despite the idiotic Alexa traffic comparison Paul keeps posting on multiple threads.

He's telling people where to go and go there often. It's like someone saying, go to the kitchen, go there often to learn how to cook. And leaving it there. What's vital is to tell people what to do when they get there.

Opening a site with his CMS is easy, turning yourself into a product that you can sell is hard and can't be taught with a scripted page. It needs someone with experience in your niche, amateur I assume, to look at who you are, what you can do, how you do it and shape you to do it better. I gave some very general guidelines. Giving them to you and Lelulove is where it has to stop. After that its a one to one consultation. Because what works for you, won't work for her and visa versa.

You're a personality and to create you into a better product needs personal one to one work.

The reason for posting it was to show how easy it is to learn this basic way of marketing. Just go search for it on the Internet. It's there in abundance and everyone can learn it.

Also waiting for people to tell me it's clueless marketing to tell them it's yours.

On the evidence you put out your marketing skills are very very poor. You don't teach people to drive by telling them to sit in the drivers seat once a day. Teach cooking cooking by telling them to go to Facebook once a day. Teaching marketing is so much more than that.

When teaching marketing you need to tell them how to research their product, their market sector, their target customer, not just tell them to do it, tell the HOW to do it.

When teaching them how to market themselves as the product you can't do that by your methods. You need to look at them as an individual and improve them on a one to one basis. As said the advice one person needs is going to be different to the advice the next person needs. In your sector of porn the people are selling themselves, personality and character as a product within their niche. You can't do that with a scripted page. It needs one to one work.

Stick to selling a CMS that's good and let others teach the owners of the CMS to get the best out of it.
