Honestly, fuck whacking them both. Beating them both up would only result in you having a tougher time to get custody of your kid. A few people gave you the soundest information.

1) Call a lawyer tomorrow and start working on custody of the kid.

2) Pack up all the shit of hers and tell her she has X amount of days (i believe you have to give 30 days) before you throw all of her shit into the trash otherwise you might have to pay for it all.

3) Make sure she understands that she is a worthless no good slut and you want nothing to do with her

4) Get a blood test done for multiple reasons
4-a) Make sure you dont got any HIV or shit like that.
4-b) Make sure the kid is really yours... if she was fucking around on you now chances are she was fucking around on you back then and the kid might not even be yours (biologically anyways).

5) dissovle all relationships with the guy and start spreading nastry rumors about how he has crotch rot or some shit like that!

6) find a new daycare and move the kid ASAP. As far as the daycare is concerned you both have rights to the kid and they will release her to either or. If you bring her to a new daycare the wife wont be able to touch her.

7) Start moving all your assits offshore so the slut will not be able to touch them!

d) contact daycare about removing mother from guardian list (if possible)

g) call her parents let her know what you're planning on doing (only after speaking to lawyers). this puts the bitch in check by her parents in regards to your kid.

Switch the daycare. Move, if you can. Get a day job. Don't let the mom see your daughter until you go to court. Shitty for your daughter, yes. But it's almost impossible for dads to get custody unless the mom is a proven crackwhore. Cheating on you will not show that she's a bad mother - just a bad girlfriend. The custody issue in the US is a pretty tough nut to crack...it is very slanted in the mothers favor, find an attorney that specializes in mens rights, they are out there....you could be mother Theresa and still the wife, girlfriend will get custody...I don't know about Canada.
