if you intend to go to 1.6 , you might as well redo the sites ( copy paste content will be fast ) .
If going to 1.5 legacy, then update as per their instruction ( a few version one after the other ). The tricky part is the db ... I have no time at this moment for it, but if needed could be available 2nd week of october.
